@Peregrine that is interesting I have noticed that my eyes in the last few months of being on meds have been much more sensitive ... it is just one thing after another 😞

It can be a slow course finding our ways of finding balance with some side effects, combating others and completely pushing over and above others! Finding ways to connect to our body while its doing all kinds of weird and wonderous things can be a bit upsetting.
It can also be helpful sometimes to break the side effects down and focus on certain ones at a time, it can be hard to be motivated to address what feels like a lot at a time - so maybe just one at a time might help!
It can sometimes be a cascading effect - start slow and go easy on yourselves. Maybe you can make getting up in the morning a bit more positive by setting your alarm clock with a fun tune. Maybe if you are lacking social/romantic connection due to side effects you can join a book club and start reconnecting at friend levels first?
Also - in terms of embarrassment, i hope by hearing just how common some of these things you are going through are help to notice that there is no need to be!
Welcome along @Peregrine!

For our last point tonight, it is important that everyone feels supported to some degree when dealing with their side effects. While we have shared some really great ideas and ways to manage your side effects, it can still be helpful to consult your GP/MH professional as you have probably 'heard' me say a few bajillion times tonight!
Have you discussed impacts of side effects with your GP/MH professional?
