Hi @Shaz51 - I am grateful for the days (like today) when my mind and brain align enough to allow me to do complex tasks involving thought and logic. Not always possible but when it is I am really happy.

Hi all - got lots to be grateful for

I am grateful that my mix of meds is really helping me (not missing the hallucinations one little bit).

I am grateful that i have a wonderful, supportive bunch of doctors supporting me. They work with me as though they are good friends and have a genuine care for me.

I am grateful that i have a home to go to and that i live with my best friend.

Today I'm grateful for: 

- Cooler weather and a bit of much needed rain

- My husband's Oncology team who are always there for me to talk to when I need them

- That I am managing (so far) to hold things together personally, despite a lot of highly stressful stuff going on lately

You reminded me that today (and yesterday) I am also grateful for cooler weather. It is such a relief!

I'm grateful I haven't had to go to hospital. The support from my case manage has been great.
