Ever since I got better from being sick I have been ok sleeping wise back in routine maybe ?

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble sleeping. I had bad insomnia for the last 5 years, It has affected all parts of my life, family, work etc. I started meditating before bed, just being in the present moment in a quiet place and being grateful for what I had cleared my mind. Reading a book before bed also helped. You could try these methods and see if it helps with your sleep. I hope you find a sleep routine that works for you, take care.
