@Shaz51 Hey Shaz darling, hope your mum get better soon.Howwas your week? I had an okay week. Finished all work shifts. Had to leave work early a couple of times and took four days off work due to severe anxiety. Feeling okay for now. Hope new meds start to work.lol.

Hello...not been to the feast before...not quite sure what to do.

@Meowmy work was alright, a lot of meetings. I had a chat with my psychologist as well. She is always pretty positive and helps my head space. Have another session in a fortnight  usually I have to go.months so nice to have more support. I.am going a bit slow at the gym now, did ride to warm up. I.am.a.bit sore but pushing on.

How about you? All done with work?
