Just been reading some Substack articles this afternoon. One was from a US midwestern doctor writing about all kinds of interesting things. Some of the most compelling things I have ever read on health. Lots of data and information. I also follow a few other people on Substack, its great for independent thought! love it! 

I guess I better go and eat dinner. Just threw some lentils in with some grated veg to make a stew. Cleaned up the mess in my kitchen. Got to do more cleaning tomorrow! lol 😞
