how are you going

i always know when my depression is coming on. i start to lay in bed more, i stop eating, i stop showing, i show less interest in my family, i shut my family out. and it goes on and on. 

i havent read through the whole thread but i hope you are starting to feel better now. im always here to talk to if you want to.

I'm ok just have a sick pup atm. I'm just trying to stay positive for him. You seem to have quite a lot of awarness and insight, I just like to acknowlege that because that would help you. I think the key is action....  @Twinklelight
