There are some video games that are physically interactive, e.g., the Wii games.

It's intersting how exercise is often the last thing we want to do when we feel tired and lacking motivation...and yet once we do it, we feel more energised and motivated @PatchouliRose! Great to hear it helps with clearing your mind too @melq83

That sounds like a great plan @BlueBay

Re: Topic Tuesday // Exercise as Therapy // Tues. 19 June 7pm AEST

The World Health Organisation recommends adults engage in a combination of moderate intensity aerobic exercise and strength training each week. There are so many different kinds of ways to get active and what works for one person, might not feel like the right fit for another. From walking to the mailbox to going to the gym – every bit of exercise counts. And in fact, the exercise worth doing, is any exercise that’s enjoyable (at least some of time time) and sustainable for you, your ability, and your lifestyle.

What type of exercise do you enjoy? Do you prefer to exercise alone or with others? How might you be able to fit exercise into your daily routine?
