I’ve had two very good doctors helping me manage my meds over the past ten years. Both have listened to my concerns about side effects I’ve had, given me info about alternative meds, including the pros and cons. They’ve supported me in my decisions, which has been invaluable.

@Former-Member I discussed it with my gp alot as he really thinks i should go back on the meds but I sometimes feel he doesnt understand how much the side effects disrupt my ability to function day to day and i had the same symptoms with seven different meds if i just had me to worry about i wouldnt care but i have a five year old and when it stops me from being able to care for him i just cant bare it

Mentioned the Sweats ( before I discovered that I believe it's from the Meds) , my GP decided to put me on HR patches that brought on more problems.

Yes. We are both under the same understanding about the meds. And trying to come off of most of them. I'm happy with my doc. We work together as a team which is great.

@Dave1977 That's good Dave1977 because you are young you shouldn't be worried about this kind of thing.

Remembering the last time I tried to go medication free and I know I didn't do well. Very lucky to be alive and not in jail! So I'm stuck with my meds, it's just a matter of finding the delicate balance
