Help with daughter

(Possible trigger warning)

Hi guys, back again, I am managing my mental health quite well. But the issue lies with my daughter.  She breached her avo against us by acting out violently when her phone was taken off her, due to her causing trouble on social media.

She has currently been court appointed to live with my parents until her court hearing. My wife and I do want her home. This issue lies with that my daughter is a compulsive liar and "trouble maker".

When she arrived at my parents she asked to call a friend and began "stirring things up" my wife and I recieved numerous phone calls last night from peers about my daughter spam calling them constantly.

Sorry for the long story, but I would like to ask does anyone know of some rapid help we can get our daughter for this. She is booked in with a psychologist but the issue is with the lying, she will tell them what she needs to get what she wants, despite the damage itnisndoing to her. My wife and I love our daughter to no end but the damage she is doing to herself and others is getting out of had. Especially when she is telling people that I am not her real dad, and that her real dad is no longer "around". She has also mad accusations of me to the police, which were obviously false (the police established that), but those accusations could have had bad consequences.

Sorry for the rant, but we are a bit lost, and just want our kid to be the person we know she

Re: Help with daughter

@jrn I don't know of any rapid help but am sorry you have to go through this. Hopefully someone else on here will know.

Re: Help with daughter

Just to clarify with everyone, by rapid help I meant somewhere for her to access relatively shortly. My wife and I understand that this is a long road, but the frequency of police visits due to the violence of our daughter, if far to much for any parent to have to see.

Re: Help with daughter

@jrn  hi jrn when my son was 16 - 21 his schizophrenia was out of control.  the best thing available was the mental health centre attached to the hospital.  do you have one near by? it is not perfect but i would call the police and they would take him and he would be there for anywhere upto  a month.  i dont know the age of your daughter or what city you are in but my son spent a month at the westmeads childrens hospital mental health unit which really helped.

Re: Help with daughter

Thanks for the reply. Our daughter is nearly 15. It's difficult as once she has contact with professionals like psych and the police she goes into what they refer to a "butter wouldn't melt in her mouth mode" and it gives them a false narrative as to what she actually needs. It's a real stuck between a rock and a hard place moment
