I went for another swim today which I think was good for me

My day was good thanks @oceangirl
Just been at home taking it easy. Made poached eggs for brunch. Coffee. So on so forth.
Tomorrow I might go the gym. I dunno what I'll do for the rest of it. Might do some writing and see if I can get an article published somewhere.

Its good that you had some downtime today

Your brunch sounded lovely- poached eggs is one of my favorite go to meals- simple but tasty. I went for a pool swim today and did a gym workout before my swim. And I walked both dogs but individually today. It was good for me to get in two walks. What is the focus of your writing/topic etc? 

I'm back to volunteering tomorrow and that will be a fairly busy day for me and I have my mum & dad coming up for a few days. On Tuesday I am going to Brisbane for a specialist appointment, I catch the train up from the Gold Coast. Wednesday catching up with a friend and discussing our overseas holiday next year. Thursday I am seeing my GP and Milo is going back for a review after his cherry eye surgery with his ophthalmologist specialist. I am hoping to get in a pool session and gym session during the week- hopefully two gym sessions and one pool session.

@Doglover  Where would we be without our pets. My bunny gets treats of sultanas when I get up and then a piece of banana with assorted yummies throughout the day. He has now settled under my bed which is his warren lol. He is very loving and comes out for cuddles and pats with the kidults who adore him. My mother says he is the most naughtiest most spoilt bunny in the world and I think she is right lol. Have a great day Doglover and best wishes to your gorgeous pupxxxx

@oceangirl  Hi oceangirl you have a good point many people do not have those things that you mentioned particularly fresh air .... we are very lucky living in Australia 🙂
