So much for decluttering the garage.  Woman who used to come to card making group (she tried taking over in fact) this morning sent her hubby to ask where certain items are so she can put them with things she has been given and sell them.

things she is wanting are part of items which were donated to the card making group.  Going out soon to bring them out of cupboard in craft room and put everything in my garage….. 3  folding crate hand trolley.  

Last day of card making group was about 1yr ago and this woman still sticking her nose in where it doesn’t belong, trying to control things.  Was a good morning prior to this, feeling angry now

Is she claiming ownership of the stuff @Patches59 ? It's a bit rough if you'd inherited the stuff from the group when it folded especially if you were a leader of the group. 

The only good thing might be if it frees up some space for you.

Today I had a neighbour wanting to dump a cat with 3 kittens on me. I feel sorry for them but I really couldn't accept responsibility. And I have no transport, and everything's closed for the public holiday. I said no and suggested 4 places to contact. I saw a cat yesterday that might have been the mother. It was a light brown tabby that looked quite small and young. It ran from my doorstep, where I keep a water bowl for Tiger (although he doesn't go out much).

I’m probably being pedantic and pig headed @Dimity, oh well so be it.  The day this woman found out there was no financial support for the group, at end of the time slot she announced she was quitting as “has a business to run and does have time to run card making classes”.  When staff in the office here found out she had joined the card making group they told me she is not to be trusted and likes having things her way.

Cupboard where I found the crate trolleys there is now a lot of things that belong to art and craft group.  I’ll go through everything I brought home and will donate to the craft group anything that they might be able to use that is not suitable for card making.

Was windy and but cool at croquet this morning, was a fun game today with lots of laughter.  To top off the morning, my team won against a very good team.

More clutter this afternoon after my shopping trip.  Went out to only buy couple circular needles and a knitting bag.  These plus X number new balls of 8ply currently sitting in garage.  I’ll start a cushion cover in next week and put in my case.  I usually get easily bored in hospital, even if only there for one night

apart from couple last minute items, case is fully packed this time.  Last year I was packing last minute, forgot to pack majority of my meds.  Thank goodness was only an overnight stay. Need to remember to take my walking stick this time, forgot last time which was a mistake

@Dimity  One of my neighbours knits teddy bears for emergency services to use with children.  Has said she finds it relaxing plus making things for others gives you lots of enjoyment.

lots of group activities here to choose to do …… croquet, cards, trivia, craft groups, mahjong, lawn bowls, plus others.  Also gym, swimming pool, library, table tennis, plus other things to do

weeds in back yard need tending to plus need to focus on housework.
