Where can you find support today to just “have a day” @The-red-centaur ?

Can you paint a picture to help distract yourself ?  Maybe make an angry picture to help get the ugly and painful feelings out onto the canvas with colours and shapes that reflect your feelings ?  It doesn’t have to be a “nice” picture that you hang in the wall ...., Art is therapeutic that way.
