I’ve had prn and an afternoon sleep. The pdoc here is kind but I opened up a bit too much and am now not allowed out for walks.

I wish I could say it would help but doubt it very much.

I hope yours goes ok hon and they start to kick in soon. I know when I was doing it that much it did make a difference.
