Re: General chat

Glad it's done and you're mostly OK @Former-Member . Hope you can rest up tonight and tomorrow.  Snuggling with the cats might help!

Re: General chat

Hey @Former-Member ,

I've been thinking about you. Thank you for the update. Glad to hear it went well.

I can only imaging how long the pre-op was and most likely how hungry you would've been!

Please rest up and let us know if you need any company 🙂

Re: General chat

so so glad to hear it went well @Former-Member!! rest up and take care, hope the recovery goes smoothly 💜

Re: General chat

Hello @Former-Member hoping the postop pain is diminishing. Are you noticing yet whether the nerve block has worked? I certainly hope so!!

I have someone coming first thing tomorrow to fix the fence. He'll take down the plum tree too but he wouldn't attempt the nandina.

I'm still trying to push through the legal and financial stuff. There were developments yesterday and today but resolution is still weeks away. Lots more work to do.

My colonoscopy was supposed to be today. Don't know if/when I'll have it now.

Re: General chat

Almost no pain at all last couple of days.

sorry to hear about colonoscopy @Dimity

Re: General chat

That's great @Former-Member .Hope you're also feeling good in yourself and can enjoy the relief. It sounds promising for the follow-up treatments.

I'm hoping for a better day today. It looks like good weather and I see my counsellor this afternoon.

Re: General chat

@tyme    Arrived at hospital 8:30am, during following 2 hrs ended up sitting in 3 different waiting rooms.  10:30am led to hospital gurney, prep room 11am and into theatre approx 11:45am.  This at private hospital.   Hoping things are not this bad when I have Radiofrequency ablation, pain management Dr estimating will be in October.

@rav3n procedure was nowhere near I was dreading and purpose it was for was a success.  Downside now is short term pain relief used in the procedure has fully worn off …. back is far from happy

Re: General chat

That sounds pretty average @Former-Member ,

Hope you are okay after your procedure. The community is here if you need any company! Only 3065 people online across Australia at the moment 🙂

Re: General chat

@Former-Member ahh sucks that the pain relief has worn off! at least now you roughly know what to expect for the follow up treatments. hoping that your next procedure turns out well!

keep resting up! hope the legos provide a fun distraction 😊

Re: General chat

Hello @Former-Member hope you're going OK.
